Mini biography:
The song "Another Suitcase In Another Hall" in Evita (1996) was originally performed by Andrea Corr's character "Peron's Mistress". Madonna performed it as "Evita" instead, and doing so stole the song from Andrea and left her with an appearance of less then 2 minutes in the movie. Plays the tin whistle and sing lead vocals on The Corrs' album "Talk On Corners". She also wrote or co-wrote almost every song, if not all of them, on the album. Her character "Peron's mistress" in Evita (1996) is supposed to be the Argentinian actress Libertad Lamarque. Sister of Sharon Corr, Caroline Corr and Jim Corr. Is the shortest member of the group The Corrs. Has a habit of sucking her thumb. Andrea decided to perform barefoot at one of her concerts around 1999/2000 and her shoes have stayed off ever since. Voted in at #79 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Girls of 2002 poll, UK edition, down from #37 the year before. [June 2002] Likes to write songs in bathtubs Personal quotes Music is sexy, music is sensual. And an expression of yourself and that side of you comes out sometimes. I know I can be like that on stage but it's innocent. I don't do anything I just get into it, feel it. When I write a song with the family, the fact is that I am the 'little sister', and my Mammy is there and when it gets to something like sex you start thinking 'oh, I'm not supposed to have these thoughts about sex!!'I remember when I first wrote 'Runaway', with that silly line, 'make love to me through the night', and when I first sang it I was turning my face away, knowing my mother was going to say 'My God, where did you learn that?!' and then I'd say, 'from TV, Mammy!'
