Used to present Select MTV.
She was in a children's show Byker Grove.
Was formerly half of the group Crush, alongside Luciana Caporaso who sang the title and incidental songs for "Anna Lee" (1994) and who now sings with Portobella.
Once asked Celtic pop band, 'The Corrs', how they met, live on air. For those who don't know, they are siblings.
She gave birth to Freya Aspinall at the St John and St Elizabeth Hospital on September 22, 2003 in London, by her 42-year-old, multi-millionaire boyfriend, Damian Aspinall.
