Mini biography:
Was part of the original line-up of UK girl pop sensation Atomic Kitten, but left before the group achieved the major success they now enjoy.
Was hypnotized twice to help her with a fear she has of flying. On one occasion she was hypnotized by TV hypnotist Paul McKenna.
Took part in the Band Aid 20 re-recording of "Do They Know It's Christmas?". [14 November 2004]
She was one of five girls picked to sing and dance in front of Keisha and Mutya in audition.
Joined the Sugababes in autumn 2001 after the departure of Siobhan,ex Sugababes member.
She began singing at an early age. Her first show was when she was three and she performed "Hey Little Hen" at the Neptune Theatre in Liverpool, where she is from.
When she was 15 she was in a band with Liz and Kerry from Atomic Kitten but left before they made it big because the music wasn't the type she wanted to sing.
Wears contact lenses.
